I have a a 4gb usb flash drive, and i need to know how can i split that drive into two partition?

Is their any software that could do that.
My main goal is to put two different linux Operating Systems on the 4gb flash drive.
I want to make 2 2gb partitions and put an OS on each, how do i go about doing that.
i know there is a way cause i saw it done, but i don’t remember how
First of all windows disk manager does NOT give the option to delete partition.
Secondly can someone actually give me some information i could actually use
marjolein, that did not help at all, not even a little.

In Windows
1. Plug in the usb flash drive
2. Right click ‘My Computer’ select ‘Manage’
3. In the ‘Computer Management’ window select Storage>Disk Management
4. Now select the USB drive (Lower Pane) Right Click and select ‘Delete Partition’ (Note: All data will be lost)
Now USB drive is shown as Unallocated
5. Right Click the ‘Unallocated’ drive and select ‘New Partition’ (in lower pane)
6. Select the desired type (primary for bootable) and space allocation
If the whole disk space was not selected, the remaining is again shown as ‘Unallocated’
8. Repeat steps 5 and 6 to create a second partition

NB: Formatting deletes the data in the drive, so make a backup if needed.

Ensure you have administrator rights, while you access Disk Management. Also right click in the lower pane (one which shows the available disk space as a graphic image).

Quiet sure this works coz, I was doing this as I wrote it. (Windows XP)
